I have always been irritated by companies whose policies, procedures, and general functioning were unclear to me, and occasionally unclear to everybody. I am motivated by the search and selection of new approaches, target-oriented solution strategies, and goal achievement.  This is not only true for my personal life, but also how I feel when working in teams with customers and clients. Analytical action - the basis of my training - is certainly my main decision-making tool, but I also know to trust my emotions and instincts.  I am convinced that a team can achieve almost anything and am therefore an extremely motivating and communicative team player who likes diverse people and cultures.
