In addition to clear agreements on the service provision, the success of an ICT service sourcing strongly depends on the ability to build, operate and maintain the partnership between the customer and the external (or internal) service provider on professional level.

From years of experience in consulting and coaching in both wings of the proven Farfalle-Model, we know at INS AG that the operating costs are 3 to 5 times higher than the setup costs of the ICT service. Right there, in the operation phase (service provision and service usage) of an ICT service, is where INS AG offers its «Magic Triangle Service».

The INS «Magic Triangle Service» is not designed for short-term partial support. It deals comprehensively with all aspects of the relationship - hard and soft facts - between the supplier and the customer on a long-term basis in order to maintain and ensure a sustainable, successful cooperation between the partners.

Our long-standing, successful and verifiable combination of consulting, coaching, relationship management, crisis management and know-how on both sides enables us to provide comprehensive advice and support.

The proven method – developed in practice by INS AG – includes tools which support the relationship management and interaction with customer and supplier representatives in a structured manner. The tools also maintain and ensure the continuous improvement process.

In addition, Service Performance Reports are generated on a regular basis. These reports and the action list form the basis for the service review meetings and status reviews with customer and supplier representatives.
